1. Order Confirmation
All orders are confirmed before shipment. Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Customers are encouraged to review product details carefully before placing an order.
2. Returns Eligibility
We only accept return or replacement requests under the following conditions:

The product has a clear manufacturing defect
Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
Clear photo or video proof is required for review.
3. Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Failure to answer courier calls

All sales are considered final unless the item meets the return eligibility criteria above.
4. Refund Process (If Approved)
If a return request is approved:

The item must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (if online payment was used) or via agreed method for COD orders.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
Customers placing COD orders agree to accept and pay for the order at delivery.
Repeated order refusals may result in restriction from future purchases.
6. Right to Refuse Requests
Aestiva Home reserves the right to refuse return or refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
