Aestiva Home operates as an independent online retail service providing products to customers within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We are not currently registered as a UAE company and operate as an online service platform.

1. General Use

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that:

  • You agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams).

  • We reserve the right to change product prices at any time.

  • Product images are for illustration purposes only.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order without prior notice.

3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel any order due to stock issues

  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity

Customers may receive order confirmation via phone, SMS, or email.

4. Payment Policy (Cash on Delivery)

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service within the UAE.

By placing a COD order, the customer agrees:

  • To be available at the provided address

  • To pay the full order amount upon delivery

Repeated order refusals may result in restriction from future purchases.

5. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds once the order has been confirmed and shipped.

Customers are encouraged to verify product details before placing an order.

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear proof (photos/videos). We may review such cases individually.

6. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery is available across the UAE.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days.

  • Delays may occur due to courier issues, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aestiva Home shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Delivery delays beyond our control

  • Product misuse by customers

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased product.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, images, text, and design are property of Aestiva Home and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by applicable laws relevant to online commerce serving customers within the UAE.
